Welcome to Bite, a food delivery platform operated by Cater Station (“Bite”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (“App”) or website (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Bite app. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
- Our Services
Bite provides a digital platform connecting customers with restaurants (“Vendors”) and delivery partners (“Riders”). Bite itself does not prepare or deliver food — we act only as an intermediary facilitating the order, payment, and delivery process.
- User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account by providing your name, contact number, and other required information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Orders and Payments
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled except in specific cases approved by Bite (e.g., vendor unavailability). Prices shown on the app are set by the Vendors and may include taxes and delivery fees. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, cash on delivery, or other available methods. Bite reserves the right to change pricing or fees at any time.
- Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary based on factors such as location, order volume, and traffic. Bite or its delivery partners are not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
- Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued when: the vendor fails to prepare the order, or the delivery cannot be completed due to Bite’s fault. Refunds are processed through the same payment method used at purchase.
- User Conduct
Users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with or disrupt app functionality.
- Intellectual Property
All content on the Bite app — including logos, designs, and trademarks — are the property of Bite or its partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without prior written consent.
- Limitation of Liability
Bite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.
- Modifications
Bite reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.
- Termination
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
